This Visual Studio Code extension, named Visualwind ("Visualwind"), is owned and operated by Nerds Inc. ("Nerds Inc.", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Visualwind. By downloading and using Visualwind, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

User Conduct: Users agree not to use Visualwind in a way that may cause it to be interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient, or such that the effectiveness or functionality of Visualwind is in any way impaired.

Pricing: Visualwind is currently offered for free, but we reserve the right to charge for Visualwind or any feature thereof in the future.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. However, upon commercialization and depending on your place of residence, the laws of your country of residence may apply.
